Best location, good breakfast, the triple room is quite big. Very nice staff
Hard to find it when you check in after 11pm. Cause you must go to another hotel for checking in. One problem was that it's address in google search was wrong direction.

The hotel is in a perfect spot for exploring the city, just a short walk from the train station and a quick trip on the water bus. The breakfast was also a highlight.
In my wife's opinion, the room could be a bit larger for a family with teenagers.

Location was excellent: 10 minute walk from the railway station and bus station; close to public transportation (one stop on the canal transportation very close by) and close to all the attractions and shopping areas. We arrived very late on our first evening but the staff was waiting for us and able to direct us to the hotel. We really liked the elegant breakfast room that made us feel we were in a Venitian palace. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The fruits and vegetables market in front of the hotel added a touch of local colour. Our room was clean and spacious, considering there were four of us.
For a two star hotel, the price per night was steep but I suspect that in Venice, one week before Easter, to find a hotel with a quadruple room (there were four of us) in a good location, the price was realistic.

We greatly enjoyed this small hotel. The location was marvellous and beautiful, near Chiesa di San Marcuola Church. This property was in a wonderful area next to train station and the Jewish quarter and all sightseeing points.

Charming, charming, charming.
The decor was a good mix of modern elegance and classic charm. Each morning, I savored the delicious breakfast buffet that was diverse enough to satisfy every craving! And let's not forget the complimentary Prosecco on arrival, it set the tone for a magical stay.
would recommend 🥂❤️

Hotel staff is excellent.we checked in before 2 hour.I Stayed in an family room of 4 adults and 1 infant.Road Market is just before the hotel so you can get almost get everything including fruits and water at an nominal price. It's 5 to 10 minutes casual walk from Santa Lucia station to Hotel.Lot of hotels are there.Rooms are neat and clean, bathroom is also very clean.Rooms are cleaned every day and the towels are also getting replaced and overall it met our expectations and for sure,If I get an chance I will stay again in the same hotel.
Not able to close the glass balcony door completely, but I can say that still it's very safe just because there was an another wooden doors in front of that.Little bit noisy during the night just because of being near the road market and some tourist being more excited and shouting while walking down the streets.I Am sure we would have not heared this noise if we are able to close the glass door.

The staff was great...very friendly and helpful, especially the young lady at the desk when we arrived. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Quiet room.
Shower was a bit small, but that was to be expected.
